RULES FOR MEMBERSHIP

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For New/Existing Students:

​

• All first-year students (Pass and Honours) after getting fees card from office shall come to the library.

• Students are given a library form, two cards, one reading and one lending card and an envelope.

• They have to fill the form and the two cards properly and affix a passport size photograph on the lending card.

• Next students have to submit all these to the library and within a week they shall get back the final prepared Library card.

• Lending and Reading facilities of the card will continue thereafter.

For Alumni:

​

• All alumni must apply to the Principal for using Central Library facilities

• Separate application must be made for using Benutosh Guha Corner for Self Reliance & Competitive Exams

• Only Reading Room facilities applicable

• On special consideration, the Principal – in consultation with the Librarian, may accord Borrowing facilities

• All Library rules must be followed by alumni.

• For Alumni
